Provide in-home support to clients, helping with daily activities, personal care, companionship, and other essential needs to improve their quality of life.
  • Responsibilities Include: Assisting with bathing, grooming, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Qualifications: Compassionate, reliable, and eager to make a positive impact. Experience is preferred but not required; training is available.
Support clients with medical needs and assist licensed nurses in healthcare facilities such as nursing homes, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers.
  • Responsibilities Include: Monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, performing routine medical tasks, and providing personal care.
  • Qualifications: Must be a certified CNA with a valid license. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Support the Heart & Smiles team behind the scenes by helping with scheduling, client intake, billing, and other essential tasks.
  • Responsibilities Include: Managing client files, coordinating caregiver schedules, handling phone calls, and assisting with recruitment.
  • Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills, experience in healthcare administration is beneficial.
